Blue Toonie - Martini


1-1/2 oz. vodka
1/8 oz. blue Curacao
1 splash dry vermouth (or to taste)

Combine ingredients in mixing glass over cubed ice. Stir carefully to chill contents. Strain into chilled martini glass, and garnish with lemon zest soaked in blue curacao.

For a cranberry martini, follow above recipe, substituting cranberry juice for Curacao. Garnish with orange zest and a cherry.
