3 OZ HOT WATER,
2 OZ RED WINE,
2 CLOVES,
TWIST OF LEMON PEEL
1 GRAPEFRUIT SLICE,
3 LUMPS SUGAR,
1/2 OZ RUM

POUR WATER, WINE, CLOVES AND PEEL IN WARMED FLAMEPROOF PUNCH GLASS AND STIR, LAY GRAPEFRUIT SLICE ON TOP OF GLASS AND SUGAR LUMPS ON TOP, LIGHT SUGAR LUMPS
