Eagle Brand Irish Cream Liqueur


1 can eagle Brand Sweetened condensed Milk
1 - 1 1/2 cups Irish Whiskey or rye
1 cup table cream
3 eggs*
1 tablespoon Milk Mates Chocolate Syrup
1/4 tsp Coconut extract (optional)

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Keep refrigerated and shake before pouring. Store refrigerated for up to one month.

Makes about 4 cups.

*Use only clean, uncracked eggs.
