Elderflower Spritzer


300 ml dry white wine; chilled
1 tablespoon elderflower cordial
500 ml sparkling mineral; chilled
several ice cubes
1 lemon; sliced

Mix all the ingredients in a large pitcher add some lemon slices and serve. This is a refreshing low alcohol drink to serve on a hot summer's day. It goes very well with a bowl of English strawberries.

Makes 4 servings.
