1 TEASPOON POWDERED SUGAR,
2 SPRIGS FRESH MINT,
CLUB SODA,
1 SPLASH OF RUM
FILL COLLINS GLASS WITH CRUSHED ICE AND SET ASIDE, STRIP LEAVES FROM MINT AND MUDDLE IN SMALL GLASS WITH SUGAR, ADD SMALL SPLASH OF SODA, MUDDLE AGAIN, ADD LIQUOR, STIR AND STRAIN INTO PREPARED GLASS, WORK A LONG HANDLED SPOON UP AND DOWN UNTIL GLASS FROSTS, DECORATE WITH SPRIGS OF MINT, TOP WITH SPLASH OF RUM
