Pineapple (for 6)


6 JIGGERS DRY SHERRY,
4 JIGGERS DRY WHITE WINE,
2 JIGGERS PINEAPPLE JUICE,
JUICE OF 1/4 LEMON,
1 CUP CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1 SMALL WEDGE PINEAPPLE

SOAK CRUSHED PINEAPPLE IN WHITE WINE FOR 2 HOURS,
ADD JUICES AND SHERRY,
CHILL THOROUGHLY,
STIR WHEN COLD AND STRAIN INTO GLASSES
SERVE WITH A SMALL WEDGE OF PINEAPPLE IN EACH
