Fat Free Garlic Wine Marinade
(Chicken or Beef)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup sweet Marsala, sherry or sweet white wine
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon fresh oragano or 1 tablespoon dried'
2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
4 garlic cloves minced.
Combine all in medium bowl, mixing well and let your meat just soak up all the good taste for about 4-6 hours. I like mine to sit overnight in the fridge!
