Polynesian Pork Marinade


1 onion, grated
1 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. pepper
few drops tabasco sauce (optional)
1 tsp. ground coriander
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Mix all ingredients well. Let meat marinade several hours or overnite. Great with shish kabobs, city chicken, steak or even chicken. Double or triple recipe with ease if serving large quantities.
