Shish Kabob Marinade


1/4 cup oil
5 ounces soy sauce
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Mix ingredients 24 hours in advance and marinate chicken for 2 hours or longer.
