1/2 cup Rice (regular rice, not instant), uncooked
2 tablespoon Onion, minced
1 tsp. Salt
Pepper, dash
1 can Tomato Soup (undiluted)
1 soup can water

Serves 4

In a large bowl mix everything but the soup and water together with a fork. Shape into large meatballs. Mix the soup and water in a large frying pan and heat just to the boiling point, but don't boil. Lower the heat and spoon the meatballs into the sauce. Cook over low heat for one hour.
