Something Different on a Budget Meatloaf


1/4 pound ground chicken
1/4 pound ground pork
1/4 pound ground beef, lean
1/4 cup whole milk
2 each eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
pepper and salt to taste
1/2 cup honey

GLAZE:
2 Tablespoons hot mustard
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1/4 cup apricot jam

Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional bread crumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours.
