Diabetic Low Fat Raspberry Cream Shake
1 cup cold skim milk
1 cup vanilla ice milk
1 pkg. 4 serving size, JELL-O Brand Raspberry Flavor sugar free gelatin
1 cup raspberries
1 cup crushed ice
Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth.
Makes 3 1/2 cups or 3 servings.
Calories 120 Fat 2 g Carbs 18 mg Chol 10 mg Sodium 160 mg Fiber 0.2 g.
Exchange 1/2 nonfat milk 1 starch/bread.
