Rosy Pippin Shake


150 ml milk; chilled
2 teaspoons apple and rosehip juice; concentrated
1 scoop vanilla dairy ice cream
chocolate; grated, for decoration

Yield: 1 serving

Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser except the grated chocolate and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and serve decorated with grated chocolate.
