Wheatgerm Muffins

1 cup milk
1 egg (beaten)
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons oil
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
Mix milk, egg, honey and oil together. Add wheat germ and mix well. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add to wheat germ mixture. Mix well. Oil muffin pan or line with pleated paper muffin cups. Fill half way with batter and bake in preheated oven at 400-degrees F for 20 minutes.
