Chocolate Coconut Crust

(see also Strawberry Fluff Pie)

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon hot milk
2/3 cup sifted icing sugar
1-1/2 cups coconut

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Stir until blended. Mix hot milk and sugar. Add to chocolate; stir well. Mix in coconut. Butter 9-inch pie plate. Spread chocolate mixture on bottom and sides of pan. Chill until firm. Use in place of baked pastry shell for Strawberry Fluff Pie.
