Almond Raisin Pie
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup milk
1 3/4 cups cream
1 14 oz. can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 egg
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
Serving Size : 6
Butter quiche dish. In cuisinart combine graham cracker crumbs with butter; blend to a paste. Add milk, mixing to a smooth dough. Roll out; pat into pan. Combine remaining ingredients and beat til well mixed. Pour into crust. Bake at 300F for 50 minutes, or until golden and set.
