Heavenly Chocolate Mousse Pie
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, (not evaporated milk)
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 chocolate pie crust, ready-made (6-ounce)
With mixer, beat chocolate with Eagle Brand and vanilla until well blended.
Chill 15 minutes until cooled; stir until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into crust. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
NOTE:
For more chocolate indulgence, top pie with chocolate shavings or chocolate cookie crumbs, and serve with chocolate-dipped strawberries.
