Kahlua Pecan Pie 2


1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tablespoon flour
3 eggs
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. whole or chopped pecans
1 (9 inch) pastry crust, unbaked

TOPPING:
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, and flour. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk, and pecans. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until firm, about 40 minutes. Chill. When ready to serve, garnish with whipped cream.

Serves 8 to 10.
