Mudslide Pie



Makes 1 portion

The Crust
10 piece cookies, Oreo, grounded
50 g butter, melted

The Filling
180 g chocolate, couverture, white
200 ml cream, fresh, divided
4 piece gelatin, leaves
30 ml Kahlua
45 g butter
12 piece cookies, Oreo

The Glace
50 ml cream, fresh
75 g chocolate, couverture, dark
15 g butter
15 g chocolate, couverture, white

The Crust
Grind cookies and add melted butter. Press into cake ring base and let cool.

The Fillings
Whip 150ml cream, dissolve gelatine in Kahlua. Boil butter and remaining 50ml cream and fold in melted couverture and ground Oreo cookies. Add the gelatine and whipped cream, and pour into the cake moulds and cool.

The Glaze
Boil the cream and pour over the couverture, allow to cook and whisk in the butter. Spread a thin layer of glaze over the surface, and filigree with the milk couverture.
