1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 Fat Free Flour Tortillas
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 medium tomato, sliced
2 ounces fat-free mozzarella cheese
Sauté onions and green peppers.
Place tortillas on baking sheets. Spread onions and peppers evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder. Arrange tomato slices over onion mixture. Top with cheese, if desired. Bake 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
