Cheesy Sloppy Joe Pizza

Serving Size : 8

1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup hot water
1 pound extra lean ground beef
15 1/2 ounces Sloppy Joe Sauce
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 roma tomatoes, sliced
1 medium green onion, sliced

Move oven rack to lowest position. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Mix Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Press dough into 12-inch pan using fingers dipping in Bisquick to prevent sticking. Pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim.

Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in Sloppy Joe Sauce. Spoon beef mixture over dough. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with tomatoes and green onion. Serve.
