Fontina and Red Pepper Pizza

Delicious, when paired with
Bella Sera® Delle Venezie Merlot
1 10-inch Prebaked pizza crust
1/4 Cup Tomato paste
1 Cup Shredded fontina cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded mozzarella
3 Roma tomatoes, sliced
1/2 Cup Red bell petter, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon Hot red pepper flakes (pizza pepper)
Follow directions on pizza crust package for preheating oven. Spread tomato paste over pizza crust. Layer with shredded fontina and mozzarella, then top with tomatoes and red bell pepper. Bake according to pizza crust package directions. Remove from oven and top with hot red pepper flakes.
