Holiday Dessert Pizza


1 (20oz.) pkg. refrigerated cookie dough,
8 oz. softened cream cheese,
1/3 c. sugar,
1 tsp. grated orange peel,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 (11oz.) can drained Mandarin orange segments,
1 (8oz.) can drained crushed pineapple,
4 peeled and sliced kiwi,
1 c. seedless halved grapes,
1/4 c. melted apricot jam.

Press dough onto lightly greased 14 inch pizza pan. Bake 15-20 min at 350 deg till browned and puffed. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese, sugar, orange peel and vanilla till blended. Spread over cooled cookie. Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Brush with jam.

Serves 10-12.
