Seafood Delight


1 flatbread
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup smoked whole clams
1 cup smoked mussels
2 to 3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
fresh parsley
dried red chili pepper, crushed

Brush flatbread with olive oil, top with mozzarella cheese. Top cheese with clams and mussels, sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and chili pepper to taste. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven at 375 to 400 deg F, until cheese is soft and melted.
