Honey Pork Chops
4 double loin pork chops
1/2 cup honey
1 10 oz. can sliced pineapple
1/4 cup pineapple syrup from fruit
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
4 maraschino cherries
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Cut a piece out of each chop and insert 1/2 a slice of pineapple. Combine honey, syrup and mustard and spoon over each chop. Bake for about 1-1/2 hours basting the honey sauce over the meat. Remove from oven and top with pineapple ring and cherry. Return to oven to warm fruit. Serve with warm honey sauce covering each chop.
