Potatoes with Crab Sauce


1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 lb processed cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
Pinch onion powder
1 pkg (6 oz) imitation crab meat, flaked
4 hot baked potatoes

In a blender, combine the first 7 ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into a saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Reduce heat to low; add crab. With a sharp knife, cut an X in the top of each potato; fluff pulp with a fork. Top with crab sauce.

Makes 4 servings.
