German Potato Salad
8 medium potatoes boiled and peeled
1 onion
1/4 pound bacon diced
3 tbs vinegar
pepper
salt
Slice potatoes and put in large bowel. Fry bacon,not too crisp. Dice onion and cook in bacon drippings. Pour all over potatoes, drippings still hot. Add vinegar, salt and pepper and mix. Let sit several hours.
