Potato Salad 4


7 or 8 new potatoes boiled until tender
6 eggs, boiled (approx. 12 minutes)
1 lb. bacon, cooked until crisp (I also like to add the bacon grease to my potato salad)
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup white or yellow onion, diced
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder, season to taste (I like a lot of onion powder)

Drain potatoes, add remaining ingredients. Serve.
