Low Fat Apple Thyme Roasted Game Hens

Serving Size : 8

1/2 cup apple jelly
3 tablespoons white wine
1 large garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
5 pounds cornish game hen

Preheat oven to 375øF. Combine first 5 ingredients in small saucepan. Being to a boil and cook 1 minute. Rub cavities and outside of hens with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in shallow roasting pan. Bake skin side down on rack in baking pan 20 minutes. Brush hens with glaze on all sides and return to oven. Bake until cooked through, about 30 minutes (cover with foil last 15 minutes if hens are browning too quickly). Brush with more glaze. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
