Grease Baking Sheet

Mix:

1-1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
dash of salt
1-1/2 cups water

Let Rest for 5 minutes

Add:

4 Cups bread flour

Knead well. Let rise for about 1 hour. Take a piece of dough and roll and shape into pretzel (roll into a rope, whatever size you prefer, pinch ends of rope then bring ends of rope to other side of circle). Dip in warm water with baking soda (2 teaspoons baking soda and 2 cups warm water). Bake at 550F for approximately 8 minutes. Brush them with melted butter and honey (approx 2 tablespoons honey to 1/2 lb butter) while still hot. Sprinkle with white and brown sugar (half & half).
