Bacon Ranch Quiche


1 8 inch pie shell
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
3 large eggs
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch original ranch dressing mix
6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled ( I use maple flavor)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle cheese in pie crust. Whisk eggs until frothy. Add other ingredients and mix. Pour over cheese. Bake 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 15-20 minutes, until center is set.
