Ham Quiche


6 slices bacon - chopped cooked and drained
3/4 cup chopped, cooked ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup green pepper chopped
3 eggs beaten
1 cup milk or light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
freshly ground pepper

Sprinkle bacon in bottom of 9 inch pastry-lined pie plate. Add ham, cheese, mushrooms, green pepper and onion.

Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over first mixture. Bake at 375 F about 25 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Serves 6 persons.
