Cougar Steaks (Mountain Lion)


1 lb. cougar steak
Marinade
Flour
3 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tsp. bacon fat

Marinate steaks for 2-3 hours in your favorite meat marinate. Dry steaks and flour both sides of meat. Fry in skillet with oil and bacon fat over medium heat until cooked.

Serves 2
