No Knead Rolls
2 packages yeast
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup boiling water
1 cup shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sugar
6 cups flour
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Mix shortening, sugar, salt and boiling water. Let cool. Mix eggs and yeast and add to cooled mixture. Add flour, 2 cups at a time, until a soft dough is formed. Chill dough throughly. Shape into rolls, and let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. (Dough may be refrigerated for several days if desired).
