Hawaiian Ham Salad
Yield: 4 Servings
2 cup Ham, smoked; cubed, cooked
8 oz Pineapple chunks
2 Celery rib; sliced
1/2 cup Olive, black; halved
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/4 cup Peanuts
Combine ham, pineapple, celery, and olives. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice; stir into ham mix. Chill at least an hour. Stir in peanuts before serving.
