Low Fat Citrus Salad with Creamy Orange Dressing


1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1/3 cup canned pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 medium tangerine, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon nonfat sour cream alternative
1 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
2 tsp flaked coconut, toasted

Combine first 3 ingredients; spoon mixture evenly into 2 serving dishes. Combine sour cream, sugar, and orange juice concentrate; spoon mixture evenly over fruit. Sprinkle with coconut.

Servings: 2

Per Serving: 89 calories (9% from fat), .9 g fat, 19.3 g carbohydrate, 1.4 g protein, 0 cholesterol, 19 mg sodium.
