Red Chile Croutons


French bread
Olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. chile powder
1/2 tsp. cumin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the bread into one inch squares and arrange on a cookie sheet. Place in the oven and lightly brown. Sprinkle olive oil over croutons and place back in the oven for 1-2 minutes. Combine spices and mix together. Remove and sprinkle with the mixed spices on the croutons while they're hot.
