Lomi Lomi Salmon
1 1/2 lbs moist smoked salmon or salted salmon or lox, skinned, boned, and sliced
3 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
6 scallions, chopped
2 cups peeled and chopped white onions
1 cup crushed ice
Mix all the ingredients together and serve cold.
Serves 10 as a light salad course
