Smoked Salmon and Eggs


eggs
smoked salmon slices
Hollandaise sauce of creme fraiche
butter or margarine
english muffins

Sauté slices of smoked salmon in butter or margarine until lightly browned. Place salmon on toasted abd buttered english muffin and cover with a poached egg and Hollandaise sauce or creme fraiche. Add salt and pepper to taste.
