6 red peppers (diced)
12 green peppers (diced)
6 jumbo red onions (diced)
2 ounces cilantro (minced)
2 tablespoon salt
4 jalapenos (diced)
4 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon pepper
10 tomatoes (diced)
1 cup lemon juice
3 ounces minced garlic

served with quesadillas and nachos
