Sweet Pineapple Salsa


2 cups fresh diced pineapple
1 minced, seeded jalapeno
1 seeded and diced tomato
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cups chopped cilantro
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tablespoon minced red onion
salt and pepper

Stir all ingredients together with a wooden spoon and serve after chilling at least two hours

Great with Seafood!
