Chicken Club Sandwich


1 boneless, skinless chicken breast half
vegetable oil
salt
1 hamburger bun
1/4 cup chopped lettuce
1 slice swiss cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked
1 small slice onion, separated
2 slices tomato
1/2 tablespoon Thousand Island Dressing

Prepare the barbecue or preheat the stovetop grill or broiler.

Lightly brush the chicken breast with oil, and grill it over medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until done. Salt the chicken.

Brown the faces of the bun top and bottom on the grill or in a skillet over medium heat.

Stack the sandwich in the following order from the boton up:
Bottom Bun
Lettuce
Chicken Breast
Swiss cheese
Bacon slices, crisscrossed
onion
tomato slices

Spread the 1000 Islands dressing on the face of the top bun, and top off your sandwich with it.
