Curried Egg Sandwiches


2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, Chopped
Curry Powder, To Taste
Salt And Pepper, To Taste
Mayonnaise, As Needed

Chop the eggs very fine and season with curry, salt and pepper. Add enough mayonnaise to hold the eggs together. Spread on bread.
