Low Fat Italian Pork Hoagie


6 boneless (1-1/2 lbs) pork loin chops, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup italian dressing
1/3 cup pizza sauce
6 thin slices (2 oz) mozzarella cheese
6 6 inch sub buns

Marinade pork strips in italian dressing several hours or overnight.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add pork strips to pan. Cook, stirring frequently for 8 minutes.

Open buns and place on baking sheet. Divide pork strips into 6 equal portions and place on bottom halves of bun. Spoon 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over pork on each sandwich. Top with slice of mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350oF oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts and bun is lightly toasted. Close buns and serve.
