Chocolate Sauce


3/4 cup whipping cream
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

Bring cream to simmer in heavy small saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Cool slightly. Serve warm.

Makes about 1 cup.
