Cinnamon Cream Sauce


3/4 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mix cream and milk in a chilled bowl. Chill the beaters and beat on low speed until thickened. Blend in confectioners sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Serve over slices of white cake (or in your case, pancakes).
