Mustard Sauce


1/3 cup 75 ml Chopped onion
2 tablespoon 30 ml Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon 15 ml All-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. 1 ml Salt
1 cup 250 ml Milk
1 tablespoon 15 ml Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon 15 ml Lemon juice

Sauté onion in saucepan until soft. Mix in flour and salt. Add milk, mustard and lemon juice. Stir until it boils and thickens. Serve with corned beef, ham or any other meat.

Makes 1 cup (250 ml).
