Red Seafood Sauce


4 tablespoon Olive Oil
4 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoon fresh parsley or
1 tablespoon dry parsley or
1 tablespoon dry basil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 10 oz can chopped clams
1 4 oz can tiny shrimp
1 28 oz can whole tomatoes
1/4 cup onion minced
1 6 oz can tomato paste
6 oz water

Brown garlic, onions in oil Add remaining dry ingredients with chopped clams and juice Add tomatoes and juice Bring to boil for 5 minutes; Simmer for 30 minutes. Add shrimp last 5 minutes of cooking and enjoy!
