Sate from Peanut Butter


1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup soya sauce
2-4 tablespoons rice vinegar or any type of Vinegar available.
2-4 Tablespoons chopped onion
2-4 minced cloves garlic
1 teaspoon Brown sugar or regular sugar
1-3 teaspoons hot sauce or hot chili paste to taste.

Makes about 2 cups

Put all the above in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, then lower flame and simmer until thickish, but still pourable.

NOTE:
It is good with tofu, cooked meat, chicken, served over rice, steamed vegetables over noodles and topped with or without raisins, coconut, sliced bananas.
