Spinach Pasta Sauce


2 cups cleaned fresh spinach
olive oil
1 red bell pepper
1 1/2 cup sour cream
cooked pasta

Place the spinach with a little bit olive oil in a pan on low heat and cook until it has been barely cooked. Mix in the pepper chopped in pieces and the sour cream. Let it all simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Cook some pasta and serve.
